One of my favorite clients calls me “Little Miss Sunshine”. I am very little and am very energetic! I think a lot of my friends, family and peers are drawn to me because I’m a very optimistic person. (Almost to a fault sometimes.)
I feel like being optimistic in the market we’re in, is key. If you turn off all the media and all the negativity, you’ll find opportunity! I specialize in working with buyers in all aspects of real estate, including new construction, short sales and foreclosures.
Another hobby of mine is getting involved with local charities. My favorite one and the charity I chair is called “Relay for Life” with the American Cancer Society. In October of 2007, I lost my sister to cancer. Dealing with her passing has given me strength to keep going and to find the positive in everything I do. So being able to pass on her legacy is very rewarding.
